It was an ‘extraordinary meeting’ that SMET CEO Domenico De Rosa had on Tuesday with the prefect and Minister of the Interior, Luciana Lamorgese. The representative of the Draghi government spoke in Rome during the event of ALIS, the Sustainable Logistics and Intermodality Association entitled ‘Italy on the move to discover the Mezzogiorno’, in the presence of the association’s president, Guido Grimaldi.<\/p>\n

“Prefect Luciana Lamorgese has always been close to the People of Transport,” De Rosa emphasised at the end of the meeting, “and careful with her work to guarantee our security, which remains a primary requirement for any economic and social activity. It was very interesting to share an analysis of the current condition of transport in Italy, the critical issues faced by the sector during the pandemic phase, and the consequences registered with the beginning of the war in Ukraine’.<\/p>\n

Finally, De Rosa thanked the minister for the commitment and recognition that the she has always given to the Logistics and Transport sector.<\/p>\n
