The prestigious award was given to the <strong>Intermodal Fresh Logistics Group<\/strong> brand, whose core business is transporting food &#8211; fresh and frozen &#8211; at controlled temperatures throughout Europe.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abWe have been innovators and pioneers in the transport sector for 75 years,\u00bb said <strong>Domenico De Rosa, CEO of the SMET Group<\/strong>. \u00abThe green turning point, which we have undertaken well ahead of the times, must also be applied to the cold chain, with the use of cutting-edge technologies that make it increasingly sustainable\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>He continued: \u00abThrough our brand Intermodal Fresh Logistics we are successfully promoting the use of intermodality also in temperature-controlled food transport. For this I would like to thank the managing directors Gianfranco Mascia, Alejandro Guerra and Jordi Battle who, together with their team, have made this important milestone possible\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Zero Degrees Award was conferred as part of the event of the same name that took place at the Nicolis Museum in Villafranca di Verona on Thursday 30 June 2022, organised by EvenT and promoted by the media partners Trasportare Oggi in Europa and Vado e Torno: a day entirely dedicated to temperature-controlled logistics, with moments of discussion and in-depth analysis on
