As proof of the company’s reliability and authority, Smet has recently received another certification. This is the acquisition of the status of accredited agent FIATA, the International Federation of Transport Associations.
Smet acquires the status of FIATA Agent
A very important result for the company. FIATA accredited agents, in fact, enjoy countless advantages. Beyond these, however, the company is pleased to enjoy such an important global recognition. In order to be able to bear the FIATA logo, which is displayed both at the company’s headquarters and on the group’s website, it is necessary to meet the sector standards. In addition, FIATA’s accredited agents must ensure continuous compliance with the unified standards, which guarantee the adoption of fair and uniform procedures in all the operations performed. «This further goal achieved by our Group – commented Domenico De Rosa – imposes on us even more ambitious goals towards the increasingly global panorama».
This is yet another recognition received by the Group since the beginning of 2019. During the last edition of Transpotec Logitec in Verona, in fact, tuttoTrasporti awarded Domenico De Rosa the coveted Transport Star. Then, on the occasion of the presentation of the 11th Truck & Vans Yearbook, the Vega publishing house presented the MdT Award 2019 for its profuse commitment to making transport sustainable.
